Braque

A Studio D.A Object

A recurring idea, given form.

  • Braque is an exploration in symmetry - two cubes, one sculptural stereo system.

    Designed as both object and instrument, Braque reflects my belief that form and sound can coexist in perfect balance. With coaxial drivers from Celestion and a fully active Hypex-powered architecture, it delivers focused, natural sound at perfect listening height & anchored by a 25 kg solid steel base.

    Each unit is assembled and mounted in Estonia, with the steel cube handcrafted in Sweden. Built in numbered editions and limited runs, Braque is the result of a European collaboration focused on precision, restraint, and sound.

    Braque connects easily via analog RCA or optical, ready for turntables, streamers, and all line-level sources.

Monolith was created with a singular purpose: to deliver presence - visually and sonically. Sculpted with brutalist precision and tuned with studio-grade finesse, it merges timeless design with immersive, room-filling sound.

A meditation on time. By muting the hours and minutes, and allowing only the seconds hand to move in silence, the design invites a shift in perception - away from urgency, toward presence. A minimalist statement piece that honors the moment.

  • The design challenge was to create a speaker that incorporates a proper wooden enclosure, while also limiting the number of printed circuit boards (PCBs) involved, making assembly and disassembly easy, and utilizing environmentally friendly oils for the surface finish. The goal is to minimize the number of manufacturing parties involved, reducing the need for freights and decreasing the overall carbon footprint of the product. By addressing these challenges, a sustainable and easy-to-use speaker can be created, offering a better experience for both manufacturing and the end user.

  • Assembled in Sweden from the finest European components, Nocs’ Monolith wireless speaker is designed to be fully upgradeable, repairable and long-lasting. The result is an impressive monument to hi-fi minimalism.
